Jul 13, 2026 | 4:53 PM

The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) has revoked the license of a Regina, Sask. company.

Grasslands Brokerage & Consulting owes money for grain deliveries.

CGC advised if you are a farmer that is owed money you should contact the CGC Safeguards for Grain Farmers Program immediately.

It also warned If you do business with this company on or after July 10, you will not be protected by security under the Canada Grain Act.

The company is a broker of nearly 30 grains, oilseeds and pulses from both conventional and organic production systems and also owns and operates Prairie Berries.

The company has several offices across Canada and the world, including in Mexico and Japan.
