Whether you are a farmer who is downsizing, relocating, retiring or someone faced with the loss of a loved one, there will come a time to decide how to handle the selling of personal assets. No matter the reason, Bodnarus Auctioneering will be on your side, to ensure your farm and belongings are looked after.

“We pride ourselves on achieving true price discovery by marketing your farm assets to a live crowds and online bidders to help achieve maximum results for you,” said auctioneer Frederick Bodnarus. “In understanding the needs of farmers, we can help you, the sellers, receive top dollar for equipment and farmland.”

Interested buyers can have peace of mind too, knowing Bodnarus Auctioneering is licensed, bonded, and insured in Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario.

The Bodnarus Auctioneering team will photograph and itemize all of the items in advance of the sale date. Videos are also added for all machinery to show the running condition of them. And they offer three platforms for selling; live auctions, online-only auctions, and simulcast auctions which are a blend of the first two. Having live auction attendees bid against online bidders in real time helps to expand the buyer base and produce additional revenue for sellers.

“We will bring our business to your location anywhere in Western Canada. We can provide all aspects of the auction including advertising, steam cleaning, concessions, washrooms and we can offer credit card and debit payment options on site as well.”

The advertising Bodnarus offers is extensive. All sales are posted with pictures online so anyone in the world can access them. They also use local news outlets, radio stations and customer mail-outs. After the sale is complete, clients are given a detailed summary of the sale and a cheque of the proceeds.

In addition to farm auctions, Bodnarus can also host estate auctions and real estatate sales.

“We have weekly timed auctions and items can be dropped off during out office hours in Saskatoon Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.”
