Sask. cattle group finds new CEO

The Saskatchewan Cattle Association (SCA) has found its new Chief Executive Officer.
Kevin Boon brings more than 40 years of experience in the cattle industry as a rancher, industry leader and executive, most recently serving as General Manager of the BC Cattlemen’s Association (BCCA).
He also held leadership roles with Alberta Beef Producers, the Canadian Cattle Association, the Beef Information Centre and the National Check-off Agency.
SCA Chair Chad Ross said Boon spent his career working for cattle producers, and his hiring is an opportunity to build on the relationship and experience he brings from the BCCA.
