2025 Canadian Western Agribition

Saskatchewan company to supply bedding for Agribition

Nov 28, 2025 | 3:17 PM

Canadian Western Agribition (CWA) has a new livestock bedding supplier

Prairie Clean Enterprises (PCE) will provide the bedding that is manufactured from 100 per cent Canadian flax straw. The bedding is pelletized and engineered to be ultra-low dust to improve air quality, while being highly absorbent. It is also designed for low maintenance, requiring up to 67 per cent less stall cleaning than traditional bedding options.

Mark Cooper, President & CEO of Prairie Clean Enterprises, said they are thrilled to be partnering with Agribition.

“The 2025 show has been an outstanding experience for our team, and we’ve been grateful for the strong interest in our flax bedding. We’re excited to support Agribition’s world-class event and continue building on the momentum of this year’s show,” Cooper said.

CWA CEO Shaun Kindopp said this partnership strengthens CWA’s commitment to prioritizing animal comfort at the show while showcasing Saskatchewan-made innovation on one of the industry’s biggest stages.

“We’re grateful to partner with Prairie Clean Enterprises, bringing this innovative product to the producers who call this show home for one week year over year,” Kindopp said. “At CWA, we strive to foster innovation and support local businesses, so this was a natural fit for us.”

The announcement was one of several highlights during Agribition week, which also includes the 12th annual Indigenous Agriculture Summit which brought together speakers and participants from across Canada for two days of learning, cultural connection, and practical skill-building.

This year, the Summit reached a record breaking 300 registrants.
