MELFORT, Sask. – There will be changes in Canada’s grocery stores, restaurants, food distribution channels after the pandemic.

Professor David Hughes, also known as Dr. Food, shared his thoughts during the Farm and Food Care winter speaker series. He said we could see the implementation of an unhealthy food tax.
