Regina grain farmer elected to SaskCanola board

A new director will take a seat at the SaskCanola board of directors table.

Katelyn Duncan from Regina received the most votes in the recent election.

Duncan operates a grain farm in the Regina area with her family. She currently serves as the Saskatchewan/Manitoba representative on the Canadian Young Farmer.....

Canadian Western Agribition expected to draw crowds

Canadian Western Agribition (CWA) opens Monday in Regina.

The show draws crowds of 120,000 people during the six-day event.

CWA President Bruce Holmquist said registration for cattle shows was consistent with previous years with about 1,300 entries.

Reducing greenhouse gases

Reducing greenhouse gas emissions will be the focus of three research projects.
