Monitoring for anthrax

In the summer of 2006 Saskatchewan experienced the largest outbreak of anthrax in the provinces history. Are conditions suitable for another outbreak? Alice McFarlane with Ag Access posed the question to Dr. Betty Althouse, the director of animal health and the province’s Chief Veterinary officer.
