LISTEN: World wheat stocks decline according to USDA report

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has cut its world wheat ending stock estimate for 2023/24. It was one of the few surprises in the World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report.

Australia, Canada, Argentina, and the European Union accounted for the decline.
