Consumer trends and developments in consumer perceptions have far reaching implications for farmers.

The U.S. based Center for Food Integrity Director Amy te Plate-Church speaks to Alice McFarlane with Ag Access about some of the factor’s consumers consider when making purchasing decisions and how those choices are changing.
