RED DEER, Alta. – Agriculture Financial Services Corporation has two new AFSC Podcast episodes to close out 2020- this two-part interview is on a very important topic, in agriculture and for this time of year: mental health.

Lesley Kelly of High Heels & Canola Fields and Do More Agriculture shares her family’s story of mental health and how the agriculture community is embracing the importance of mental health.

COVID-19 has put a strain on most people and Kelly shares some important resources and tips that can be useful to anyone dealing with their mental health or the mental health of loved ones.
