Listen: Tisdale 4-H member successful at national competition

A member of the Tisdale 4-H Beef club placed second at a national event at Canadian Western Agribition.

17-year-old Justin Harcourt was a part of the 4-H Saskatchewan team at the Canadian 4-H and Youth Judging Competition.
