Farmers encouraged to submit AgriStability forms

An important deadline is looming for Saskatchewan farmers as this Sunday marks the initial deadline for producers enrolled in the AgriStability program to submit their 2017 program forms.

Northeast crop combines down 10 per cent due to weather

Cold and damp weather put a halt on harvest in the northeast region.

Funding announced for wheat research

The Saskatchewan Wheat Development Commission (Sask Wheat) and Alberta Wheat Commission (AWC) plan to study new ways to improve wheat production and outcomes for farmers.

The two organizations have announced combined funding of more than $1.6 million over three years toward innovative wheat research. The funding comes through the Ag Funding.....
