Listen: Canadian restaurant supports sustainable beef production

A Canadian restaurant is the first in the country to have a menu item recognized by the Canadian Rountable for Sustainable Beef (CRSB).

Chop Steakhouse and Bar has been awarded use of the CRSB Certified Mark for the restaurant’s favourite menu items, the Chop Burger.

Anne Wasko chairs the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef.
