Mazergroup’s Board of Directors, along with the Mazer family, have approved the appointment of Ben Voss as its new president and chief executive officer.

Voss has more than 25 years of experience in agriculture, manufacturing, technology, and large-scale project leadership.

Mazergroup Board Chair Jim McManes said with the Voss’ track record of strategic growth, and ability to build strong teams makes him well suited to guide the business into its next chapter.

“Ben Voss, with his vast experience in the many aspects of the agriculture business, is the ideal person to take over the helm from Bob Mazer and lead Mazergroup,” McManes said.

Voss takes on the new role after the founder and original President and CEO Bob Mazer passed away in July.

McManes said while they continue to feel Bob’s loss, the company will move forward grounded in the values of integrity, hard work, innovation, and treating people like family.

In the coming weeks, Voss will begin visiting locations and meeting each team.

Mazergroup is a privately owned New Holland dealership group with 18 locations in Saskatchewan and Manitoba offering agriculture, construction and turf equipment sales, parts and service.

Voss assumes the new role in January.
